Prepare ingredients, cook, and plate meals to Oaks Perth Hotel’s menu and quality standards, ensuring excellent presentation before service. Maintain food storage, safety, hygiene, and WHS compliance while keeping the kitchen clean and organized. Work across a rotating roster (Monday–Sunday) with shifts covering breakfast and dinner periods, supporting smooth daily kitchen operations and the wider team to deliver a great guest dining experience.
