Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead assessment of client environments and challenges, and develop/implement a structured approach to deliver fit-for-purpose solutions aligned to desired benefits and outcomes.
  • •Lead analysis, definition, and documentation of findings and recommendations reports across engagement stages.
  • •Deliver workshops in virtual and face-to-face settings with client representatives.
  • •Work within diverse, multi-disciplinary teams across client sites and virtually, deploying methodologies, processes, tools, and systems tailored to circumstances.
  • •Provide line management and development of direct reports as appropriate, and drive programme advisory business generation activities (bids, proposals, etc.).

Key Requirements

  • •3-5 years’ experience in Project Controls with relevant PMO/controls & performance experience (schedule, cost, risk, change, or performance reporting).
  • •Experience delivering major capital projects/programmes with one or more PMO/controls & performance roles in the infrastructure sector (including defence, nuclear, rail, airport, highways, utilities) or similar.
  • •Familiarity with capability/maturity assessments across capital delivery businesses, PMO, controls & performance, or a specific function.
  • •Experience developing controls & performance integrated processes and digital solutions to create a ‘one version of the truth’ for leadership decision-making.
  • •Computer literacy in Office 365, with experience using tools such as Visio, Miro, Slack, Microsoft Teams, Oracle Primavera, PRISM, and Power BI (or similar).
