Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the integrated SSC transition roadmap, wave calendar, milestones, critical path, and cross-wave dependencies from mobilization through stabilization.
  • •Define wave entry/go-live/stabilization/exit criteria and lead readiness assessments; challenge green statuses and require evidence.
  • •Coordinate cutover plans and parallel operations to protect key transactional processes during transition, including contingency and rollback considerations.
  • •Lead post-go-live hypercare, monitor performance and backlog/service issues, and drive root-cause resolution until stabilization criteria are met.
  • •Provide program reporting and governance as the single source of truth, chair governance forums, and escalate risks with fact-based options.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or related field.
  • •Prior experience with Global Business Services, Shared Services, or Centers of Excellence design/build/deployment.
  • •ERP transformational program life cycle experience.
  • •Expert proficiency with PowerPoint, Excel and Hyperion; must have expert proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
