Lead HR as a hands-on HR Business Partner for assigned client groups, driving people strategy aligned to business objectives. •Support and execute cyclical HR programs and projects, ensuring HR process execution and data integrity.
•Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements affecting day-to-day employee management and partner with legal as needed.
