Key Responsibilities

  • •Identify, evaluate, and select vendors, then negotiate contracts to ensure competitive pricing, quality, and timely delivery.
  • •Manage the full end-to-end procurement cycle, including requirements gathering, supplier appraisal, contract negotiation, and SRM activities focused on SaaS.
  • •Partner with IT, Security, Finance, and Legal to streamline procurement and ensure contracts are compliant and aligned with business needs.
  • •Support procurement process and transformation, evolving procurement from an IT-only focus to a company-wide function and improving processes like requisitions, order placement, and invoice reconciliation.
  • •Serve as a trusted advisor on SaaS and procurement matters; maintain proactive communication on progress, risks, and outcomes and develop strategies to consolidate software toolsets.
