Key Responsibilities

•Identify, evaluate, and select vendors, then negotiate contracts to ensure competitive pricing, quality, and timely delivery.
•Manage the full end-to-end procurement cycle, including requirements gathering, supplier appraisal, contract negotiation, and SRM activities focused on SaaS.
•Partner with IT, Security, Finance, and Legal to streamline procurement and ensure contracts are compliant and aligned with business needs.
•Support procurement process and transformation, evolving procurement from an IT-only focus to a company-wide function and improving processes like requisitions, order placement, and invoice reconciliation.
•Serve as a trusted advisor on SaaS and procurement matters; maintain proactive communication on progress, risks, and outcomes and develop strategies to consolidate software toolsets.

•Fluency in English and knowledge of procurement best practices.
