Lead Mastercard’s Digital Partnerships & Fintech relationships with modern processors, program managers, and BIN sponsors. Drive strategic growth by strengthening partner engagement, building executive-level trust, and expanding the fintech ecosystem through account plans, go-to-market execution, and complex commercial negotiations. Manage and develop a high-performing team of relationship managers, partner cross-functionally across Product, Engineering, Finance, Services, Legal, and Regional teams, and shape strategy using market and regulatory insights.

•Build deep, trusted relationships with senior executives and C-suite leaders across strategic fintech enabler partners.
•Execute go-to-market strategy across Mastercard products and services, developing account plans and growth strategies aligned to partner priorities.
•Identify, structure, and execute complex commercial opportunities, including new product launches, strategic partnerships, and ecosystem expansion initiatives.
•Partner cross-functionally and lead executive-level business reviews, negotiations, and strategic planning discussions while representing Mastercard as an advisor within the fintech ecosystem.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 235,000 - 375,000 annually

•Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
•Proven experience leading strategic partnerships, business development, or account management in fintech, payments, banking, processing, or technology.

•Deep understanding of the fintech ecosystem, including modern processors, program managers, sponsor banks, embedded finance platforms, and payment infrastructure providers.
•Exceptional relationship-building skills with executive and C-suite stakeholders, including leading complex commercial negotiations.
