Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and contribute to the successful design, production, coordination and management of structural building designs
  • •Independently perform structural analysis and design of steel, concrete, wood, and masonry structures in accordance with relevant codes and standards
  • •Communicate effectively with clients and internal team members in the development of designs and preparation of technical specifications
  • •Prepare structural analysis and calculation reports
  • •Coordinate with other business lines and engineering disciplines, project managers, and clients to ensure efficient project execution
Travel: Low travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: CAD 100,000 - 140,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in structural engineering and six (6) years of experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education
  • •Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) designation in Manitoba in good standing
  • •Holding security clearance or the ability to obtain secret level security clearance
  • •Ability to recognize and adhere to established deadlines and schedules
  • •Good written and verbal communication skills (English proficiency essential)
