Job Summary

Partner with Technology leadership as a Finance business partner for Corporate Technology OPEX and CAPEX. Own planning, forecasting, and performance management, deliver decision support through reporting and variance analysis, and help strengthen investment governance and business cases. Manage intercompany cost recharges, lead portfolio governance meetings, and streamline financial routines by using modern AI and automation tools to improve speed, quality, and efficiency.

•Lead planning, forecasting, and performance management across Corporate Technology OPEX and CAPEX.
•Partner with Technology leaders, project owners, and Finance stakeholders on financial routines, portfolio priorities, and investment decisions.
•Support Corporate and Headquarters initiatives through financial planning, reporting, and decision support.
•Manage intercompany cost recharges and provide insights on spend, drivers, risks, opportunities, and trade-offs.
•Drive investment governance and portfolio review meetings, and improve workflows through automation and modern AI tools.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 104,200 - 130,200 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
•5+ years of experience in FP&A, business finance, portfolio finance, or performance management.
•Strong analytical judgment and ability to translate data into business decisions.
•Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across Finance, Technology, and business teams.
•Experience leveraging LLMs, AI, and automation workflows to streamline processes and enhance decision support.
