Key Responsibilities

  • •Program and operate plasma table and support welding operations as part of the weld support team.
  • •Operate a band saw and chop saw, and perform manual drilling and milling of materials.
  • •Analyze engineering drawings to determine dimensions and tolerances of cut parts.
  • •Obtain and maintain licenses, operator permits, or certifications as required for role execution.
  • •Continuously improve operations to decrease turnaround time, streamline work processes, and support leaders in meeting assignments, solving problems, and reviewing issues for consistent improvement.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalency certificate.
  • •2+ years of experience with hand tools, band saws, or torch cutting in a construction, industrial, or manufacturing environment.
  • •1+ years of experience with plasma table programming/operating.
  • •Ability to use measuring instruments of all types.
  • •Knowledge of standard tools, materials, motions, and practices of the welding trade, including occupational hazards and safety precautions.
