Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the full accounting function, including general ledger, AP/AR, fixed assets, accruals, reconciliations, payroll accounting, and monthly closing.
  • •Lead month-end and year-end closing to ensure timely, accurate, and complete financial statements.
  • •Prepare and review management reports and financial reporting packs for leadership, investors, banks, auditors, and stakeholders.
  • •Own the external audit end to end, including audit schedules, coordination with auditors, resolution of audit comments, and issuing audited financial statements.
  • •Ensure compliance with Saudi requirements (tax, zakat, VAT, withholding tax, e-invoicing, accounting standards, and regulatory filings) and strengthen internal controls across finance and related processes.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • •Professional certification such as SOCPA, CPA, ACCA, CMA, or equivalent is preferred.
  • •Strong knowledge of Saudi accounting, tax, zakat, VAT, audit, and compliance requirements.
  • •Experience owning accounting, audit, and reporting functions end to end.
  • •Strong command of Excel and accounting or ERP systems, with strong Arabic and English communication skills.
