Drive the implementation, monitoring, and continuous improvement of QHSE requirements across Facility Management operations. Strengthen safe and compliant service delivery across soft services, hard services, contractors, accommodation, offices, workshops, utilities, and transportation interfaces by conducting inspections, audits, hazard identification, risk assessments, and incident investigations. Manage contractor compliance, maintain QHSE records, support emergency preparedness and awareness sessions, and communicate performance findings through reporting and dashboards.

Key Responsibilities

•Implement QHSE requirements across Facility Management activities and contractor-controlled work areas, monitoring soft services, hard services, accommodation, offices, workshops, utilities, and transportation interfaces.
•Conduct site inspections, behavioral observations, hygiene checks, and facility walkthroughs to identify QHSE gaps, unsafe acts/conditions, quality defects, environmental issues, and procedural non-compliance.
•Perform risk assessments, job safety analyses, and method statement reviews; verify permit-to-work controls before work starts.
•Investigate incidents, near-misses, property damage, service failures, and customer complaints; identify root causes and drive corrective and preventive action closure.
•Maintain QHSE records and reporting, deliver QHSE inductions/toolbox talks/awareness sessions, support emergency preparedness and response activities, and communicate lessons learned and improvement opportunities.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in safety, environmental science, engineering, quality management, facilities management, or a related discipline.
•Professional certifications in QHSE, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, NEBOSH, IOSH, OSHA, or equivalent (preferred).
•3–5 years of experience in QHSE, safety, quality, or environmental roles, preferably within Facility Management or similar operational environments.
•Strong ownership and accountability with clear execution, continuous improvement, and attention to detail.
•Ability to independently work in remote or operational environments and coordinate with stakeholders through site-level communication.
