Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the design and delivery of PHE, Fire Fighting, and Gas systems through conceptual, schematic, and detailed design stages.
  • •Develop, review, and approve design drawings, calculations, specifications, reports, schedules, and BOQs.
  • •Supervise, guide, and review the design team work to ensure quality, accuracy, and on-time delivery.
  • •Coordinate across disciplines (Architecture, Structural, Electrical, BIM, etc.) to resolve design and coordination issues; perform detailed design checks and peer reviews.
  • •Coordinate with clients, project managers, and authorities; manage risks/changes; support RFIs and construction-stage technical support while ensuring BIM coordination and timely submissions (BIM 360).

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent qualification.
  • •18+ years of relevant experience in MEP consultancy/design with strong PHE and Fire Fighting experience.
  • •Proven experience designing plumbing, fire fighting, and gas systems for large-scale building/infrastructure projects.
  • •Strong knowledge of Revit MEP and AutoCAD, including BIM coordination.
  • •Experience in design checking, team supervision, multidisciplinary coordination, and client/authority interaction.
