Job Summary

Partner with Salesforce engineering in the Global Compliance and Certification organization to translate complex regulatory and compliance mandates into actionable cloud controls. Serve as a cloud compliance subject matter expert for ISO 27001, SOC 1/2, and other frameworks, support internal and external audits, and lead walkthroughs. Streamline and automate evidence collection, document process playbooks, and drive continuous improvement by operationalizing audit recommendations and reporting residual risk.

•Serve as a cloud compliance subject matter expert supporting internal and external audits, including leading walkthroughs with external assessors, aligned with ISO 27001 and SOC 1/2.
•Partner with engineering teams to translate compliance frameworks and regulatory mandates into actionable deliverables, ensuring timely remediation and leadership reporting on progress and residual risk.
•Identify opportunities to streamline and automate evidence collection, document detailed process playbooks, and drive operational efficiency and continuous improvement.
•Collaborate with cross-functional partners to operationalize audit recommendations and enhance Salesforce’s compliance posture.
•Automate evidence collection and compliance operations to improve efficiency and enable continuous improvement.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 117,200 - 176,700 annually

Key Requirements

•4+ years of experience in IT audit or internal controls, managing global compliance assessments in complex environments with cloud and SaaS platforms.
•Experience with compliance and regulatory standards including ISO 27001, SOC, HIPAA, PCI, HITRUST, SOX, and FedRAMP.
•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess risks, recommend solutions, and work independently in a fast-paced regulatory environment.
•Program and stakeholder management experience, including cross-functional leadership, with strong organization and documentation skills.
•Experience with compliance tooling, control testing automation, or audit workflow platforms.
