Key Responsibilities

  • •Being a Junior Broker Assistant (Reinsurance) is a fast track to getting to know the (re)insurance industry.
  • •You will be supporting brokers, who look after the main insurance companies in Poland in respect of purchasing and administrating their reinsurance programs.
  • •The job requires frequent contact with clients and reinsurers, so be prepared for English speaking environment.
  • •Prepare reinsurance proposals and presentations (numerical and visual).
  • •Draft reinsurance wordings and administer existing contracts in the internal system; cooperate with various international teams across the organization (actuarial, catastrophe modelling, accounting) and support brokers in their everyday business activities.

  • •University degree - fresh graduates are welcome; experience in the financial sector is a strong advantage
