Quality Control Manager

Manage the quality function by directing quality engineers and inspectors and partnering with engineering, manufacturing, and service to set quality standards for raw materials, work in process, and finished products. Drive a “quality right first time” culture, coach and develop the quality team, and continuously improve the quality system’s effectiveness. Ensure compliance with cGMP, ISO 13485, and FDA 21 CFR Part 820, while working with commercial and operations to deliver customer-focused quality improvements.
