Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, build, test, deploy, and monitor production automations and UIs that remove manual steps and reduce operation time.
  • •Partner with frontend engineers to productize ops tooling for predictable global operations.
  • •Identify and surface painful manual processes and convert them into automation opportunities.
  • •Instrument and report baseline/outcome metrics (MTTC, manual steps removed, queue sizes, ops satisfaction) and iterate based on measured impact.
  • •Own the full lifecycle of systems, including automated deployment (CI/CD), proactive monitoring, on-call support, and incident response.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of professional software engineering experience shipping and operating large-scale production systems.
  • •Deep, hands-on expertise in Golang, including concurrency (goroutines, channels) and memory management.
  • •Proven end-to-end experience building user-facing features with TypeScript and React.
  • •Proficient with SQL and relational databases, preferably PostgreSQL.
  • •Experience with observability (tracing, continuous profiling) and strong analytical/problem-solving and communication skills in cross-functional environments.
