Job Summary

Build and execute BytePlus ecosystem strategy by partnering with channel partners, technology partners, and ISVs. Manage partner relationships and negotiate partnership and GTM agreements with cross-functional teams to drive joint business growth. Create partner enablement programs and scale outreach through talks, webinars, videos, and other engagement to grow market awareness. Translate topline goals into business plans and lead partnership initiatives across GenAI and cloud markets.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop and implement BytePlus ecosystem strategy through partnerships with channel partners, technology partners, and ISVs.
•Establish long-term, productive, professional business relationships with partners.
•Negotiate, build, and manage comprehensive partnership and GTM agreements with cross-functional teams.
•Deploy customized partner enablement programs to accelerate partner technical, sales, and market readiness.
•Promote BytePlus benefits via conference speaking, webinars, videos, and scaled outreach to build market awareness.

Key Requirements

•At least 5 years of experience onboarding partners and building partner ecosystems in top-tier technology companies.
•Experience across SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS technology solution markets.
•A track record of leading and growing partnerships through upselling and strong internal/external relationships.
•Ability to lead executive business plans and translate topline goals into impactful business plans.
•Preferred: experience with AI/LLM products; preferred: scalable partnerships with VCs, global system integrators, channel partners, and technology partners.
