Key Responsibilities

•Organize, lead, and maintain the warranty and service schedule.
•Coordinate with Electrical Foreman, Construction Supervisor, and Branch Manager to allocate labor resources for service and warranty projects.
•Train and develop Field Service Technicians and Field Communications Technicians, including onboarding and support for new team members.
•Lead regular meetings to align and train the local field service team on best practices.
•Exceed field performance KPIs including turnaround time, experience rating, and average dispatches completed; support inspections and site audits when assigned.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 31.94 - 42.59

Key Requirements

•3+ years of field construction experience, including at least 1 year as a service technician in the solar industry.
•High school diploma is required.
•Valid electrical Journeyman license or electrician certification (or equivalent per local and state requirements).
•Knowledge of the NEC and applicable codes and standards.
•Ability to interpret single line drawings and PV systems (roof to meter) and understand solar interconnection/tie-in and PV system operation.
