Key Responsibilities

  • •Listen for opportunities for financial wellness during in-person and phone conversations and provide customized recommendations.
  • •Consistently attain individual activity, behavior, and outcome goals and expectations.
  • •Open personal and business accounts and support products such as deposits, home equity, unsecured lending, and certificates of deposit.
  • •Develop partnerships with branch teammates and line-of-business partners to acquire new clients and deepen relationships with existing clients.
  • •Ensure compliance with operational, risk, security, and audit procedures, including documentation of client interactions and support branch operations on the Teller line as needed.

Salary: USD 20.67 - 31.25 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •1+ years of experience developing and expanding customer relationships, achieving sales goals, and building referral sources; sales experience is more important than financial services experience.
  • •Understanding of consumer credit, including loan-to-value, debt-to-income, and credit reports.
  • •Foundational knowledge of sales and service techniques with clients, including tele-consulting, outside calling, prospecting, and networking.
  • •Ability to comfortably interact with small business clients, overcome objections, and ask fact-finding questions to be helpful.
  • •Working knowledge of PCs (MS Windows and Office including Word and Excel) and digital technology (mobile, apps, web-based browsing).
