Join the Operational Analytics team to define performance metrics and deliver actionable analysis that improves operational efficiency and developer productivity. Build data views, reports, and lightweight web-based analytics tools using SQL (and Databricks when applicable). •Collaborate with technology teams to understand operational challenges, define performance metrics, and identify improvement opportunities.
•Develop data views, reports, and lightweight web-based analytics tools.
•Conduct in-depth analysis using SQL (and Databricks where applicable) to uncover trends and insights.
•Create presentations and build business cases that translate findings into measurable process, tooling, and delivery changes.
•Monitor KPIs for operational and engineering productivity and support AI-enabled process/tool implementations (including Cursor and Git-based workflows).
