Key Responsibilities

•Own the technical relationship with customers from onboarding through renewal.
•Deliver technical deep-dives and custom product demonstrations to security teams and executive-level decision-makers.
•Familiarize yourself with customer environments, requirements, and milestones to drive value.
•Keep clients regularly updated on new security features, updates, and the product roadmap.
•Partner with internal Product, Engineering, and Support teams to expedite bug fixes and requested features and drive product adoption for measurable value and renewal rates.

Key Requirements

•Good understanding of common API vulnerabilities (e.g., OWASP API Security Top 10), indicators of compromise, and web application attack patterns.
•Understanding of AppSec principles and how they integrate into the SDLC.
•Experience with HTTP/HTTPS, REST/GraphQL API architectures, and authentication/authorization mechanisms (OAuth 2.0, OIDC, JWT, SAML, API keys).
•Experience and a successful track record in the security industry with large enterprise customers.
•Excellent written and verbal communication, listening, and presentation skills.
