Key Responsibilities

  • •Be the voice of the developer community at Notion, building relationships between developers and Product/Engineering teams to prioritize work.
  • •Create, publish and maintain demos, guides, API references, and blogs; amplify content via Notion Devs channels and social media.
  • •Own Notion’s strategy and presence at hackathons, conferences, and events to activate AI builders.
  • •Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Business Development to identify API improvements and guide the developer community through changes.
  • •Oversee and optimize Notion developer channels (Slack, X, developer docs) to meet community needs and communicate roadmaps and releases.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong technical background with a solid presence in the developer community.
  • •Exceptional communication skills and ability to interface with individual developers and large audiences.
  • •Experience building programs from 0 to 1 and owning a pillar initiative.
  • •Curiosity about AI tools and willingness to adopt them to improve work outcomes.
  • •Proven ability to rally internal stakeholders and manage projects with engineering teams.
