Store Team Lead

Lead in-store teams to deliver outstanding consumer experiences using Crocs’ C.H.A.R.M service model. You’ll assist across store departments, manage POS-related and merchandising needs, and lead on the sales floor to achieve personal and team sales goals. As a key holder, you’ll handle opening/closing, cash handling, and store readiness, while delegating day-to-day tasks and maintaining high service and asset protection standards.
