Senior Account Specialist

Manage and administer client trust/asset accounts by fulfilling fiduciary duties, reviewing legal/transaction terms, and assessing fiduciary and business risk. Serve as the lead partner for daily client requests, account changes, and money movement status, including researching client issues. Coordinate account set-ups, fees, distributions, and ongoing activity through NCSS and support teams. Monitor transactions and overdrafts, resolve exceptions, and ensure timely compliance and proper file imaging/archiving.
