Job Summary

Own client service quality, balance sheet quality, profitability, revenue growth, and risk management for Hospitals, Higher Education, and Government (HHG) banking clients. Execute HHG growth strategies by partnering with Public Finance, Industry Consultants, Wholesale Payments, Credit Delivery, Wealth, and Risk teams. Build and expand client relationships, drive loan/deposit and fee-based revenue goals, maintain pipeline data in the bank’s CRM, and manage portfolio servicing including credit proposals, documentation, compliance, and loan closings.

•Develop and execute a marketing plan to grow new and existing relationships in the HHG segment and meet loan, deposit, and fee-based revenue expectations.
•Deliver a differentiated client experience using financial insights and strategic advisory tools.
•Develop new business client relationships and improve market share for business loans and non-credit services, including deposits.
•Collaborate with Line of Business partners (Public Finance, Industry Consultants, Wholesale Payments, Wealth, and Risk) to execute HHG growth strategies.
•Manage portfolio profitability, quality, liquidity, and growth by servicing credit relationships (credit proposal write-ups, documentation, legal/compliance, loan closings), identifying weaknesses, handling delinquent credits, and ensuring data integrity and adherence to bank policies.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and related training.
•More than eight (8) years of experience in financial services, preferably with Hospitals, Higher Education & Government clients.
•Ability to grasp large complex Hospitals, Higher Education & Government credits clearly.
•Strong command of credit and finance.
•Excellent verbal and written communication and negotiation skills; proficient in managing complex corporate relationships and credit products (including loan syndication and participations).
