•Prospect, interview, and approve new appointments to expand GEICO’s agency distribution.
•Manage agents in the assigned area using in-person, virtual, phone, and email to build relationships, deliver training, and manage performance.

•Monitor agent performance against goals and guidelines; evaluate performance and manage agreed-upon action plans.
•Serve as a subject matter expert on GEICO products and tools, research competitor offerings, and assist agencies with local marketing plans and strategies.

Salary: USD 97,375 - 151,700 annually
