Key Responsibilities

  • •Support production launch and manufacturing follow-up for textile raw materials and components, including supplier compliance checks and quality control plan understanding.
  • •Participate in quality inspections at supplier premises and validate initial production batches when required.
  • •Provide support to external inspection centers in Italy: assess conformity doubts, coordinate decisions, and monitor action plans.
  • •Manage quality incidents by characterizing issues, supporting non-conformity handling (waivers/approvals), and coordinating with Purchasing and Quality teams.
  • •Support remediation and returns due to non-conformity by validating conformity prior to re-delivery.

Key Requirements

  • •Engineering degree or equivalent with a technical background.
  • •Significant professional experience in material quality control, preferably in textiles.
  • •Proven problem-solving experience and familiarity with luxury textile quality requirements.
  • •Strong interest in fieldwork as well as production and laboratory environments.
  • •Excellent organizational skills and methodological rigor, with strong autonomy and responsiveness.
