Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the portfolio of transformation programs to drive consistency and standardization across delivery centers at scale, including stakeholder and internal communications.
  • •Support development of delivery center strategy with governance activities (e.g., SteerCo’s and monthly/quarterly reviews) to communicate progress and ROI.
  • •Develop delivery center playbooks, including best practices for engaging across delivery centers.
  • •Build delivery center customer success stories and testimonials to accelerate adoption and engagement.
  • •Establish repeatable onboarding playbooks, processes, and best practices to support growth to 10,000+ delivery resources across delivery centers.

Salary: USD 160,000 - 240,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • •10+ years of experience in IT service delivery, shared services, global operations, or managed services.
  • •Proven experience running a portfolio of transformation programs to build, scale, and integrate multi-region delivery centers.
  • •Strong understanding of onshore/nearshore/offshore delivery models and global service delivery, including multi-tower integration.
  • •Exceptional executive-level communication and influencing skills in complex, multinational environments.
