Float Personal Banker Associate I

Build and maintain customer relationships by using a consultative sales process to identify financial needs and recommend retail consumer and small business solutions. Participate in onboarding rotations across operations and sales/service, support teller transaction processing, and help drive cross-selling through marketing outreach, outside sales, and appointments. Partner with business groups (e.g., mortgage and small business) to refer customers for holistic solutions while meeting production and customer experience goals.
