Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • •Respond immediately to onsite injury, illness, or medical concerns.
  • •Provide first aid, triage, and determine next steps including occupational health or ER referral.
  • •Keep a fully stocked quick-response bag accessible at all times.
  • •Escort employees to external medical providers when further evaluation is required and follow up post-incident.
  • •Maintain clear, detailed incident logs and actively engage crews with safety reinforcement and injury-prevention education.

Key Requirements

  • •Active Virginia EMT certification (EMT or EMT-B).
  • •Experience providing emergency care or occupational response.
  • •Ability to stay calm and think clearly in high-pressure situations.
  • •Strong communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with crews.
  • •Excellent documentation skills and comfort working in a construction-site setting.
