Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide PM leadership for large, complex projects, ensuring scope, deadlines, and performance expectations are met.
  • •Prepare and oversee project budgets, forecasts, margins, KPIs, and financial performance.
  • •Monitor external events, risk contingencies, hours, expenses, and contractual obligations.
  • •Facilitate project kickoff meetings, stakeholder engagement, and ongoing client communication.
  • •Ensure adherence to project lifecycle requirements and maintain QA/QC across multidisciplinary teams.
