Key Responsibilities

  • •Practice safe job practices when repairing equipment.
  • •Use technology to create, assign, and monitor work orders; track service intervals; order parts; diagnose issues using real-time machine data.
  • •Perform maintenance and repair of complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems on rental and customer equipment and tools.
  • •Maintain complete and timely electronic documentation/work orders and paperwork daily.
  • •When required, travel to customer job sites for repair/maintenance; maintain service vehicle cleanliness and professional appearance.

Key Requirements

  • •Must own tools applicable to the position.
  • •Advanced mechanical aptitude with working knowledge of applicable tools.

  • •Superior customer service, teamwork, and verbal/written communication skills.
  • •High school diploma; trade school certificate preferred; field service/maintenance and repair experience preferred; valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record; must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and meet physical requirements.
