Key Responsibilities

  • •Complete the onboarding program and certification process to transition into a Retail Personal Banker I role.
  • •Use consultative sales and Financial Needs Assessment to build customer profiles and identify current and future financial needs.
  • •Recommend retail consumer and small business products/services using the bank’s value proposition.
  • •Proactively reach out to customers using CAMP and approved marketing tools to set appointments for periodic financial reviews.
  • •Cross-sell and support outside sales activities, partner referrals (Mortgage, Small Business, Commercial and Investment), and help meet production and customer experience goals.

Key Requirements

  • •College degree or work experience with transferrable skills, or a combination of education and experience.
  • •Experience in the financial industry preferred.
  • •Ability to comfortably perform sales activities to acquire new customers and/or cross-sell to existing customers.
  • •Demonstrated understanding of advanced math functions to analyze credit and financial information.
  • •Ability to maintain Retail policies and procedures knowledge to make sound decisions; S.A.F.E. Act registration through NMLS required at time of employment.
