Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive regional growth by leading strategic business development initiatives across Western Canada.
  • •Cultivate and strengthen relationships with key clients, utilities, and dam owners.
  • •Lead and coordinate winning pursuit strategies, proposals, and client presentations across multidisciplinary teams.
  • •Direct and oversee major hydropower and dams projects, acting as Project Director or Program Manager.
  • •Identify resource needs, support recruitment, and help build a high-performing regional team.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from an accredited institution.
  • •At least 15 years of strong technical expertise in hydropower or dams (hydrotechnical, civil, structural, geotechnical, dam safety, mechanical, electrical, or related discipline).
  • •Registered, or eligible for registration, as a P.Eng.
  • •Demonstrated success in business development and strategic growth within the Canadian hydropower and dams sector.
  • •Established network and relationships with power utilities and dam owners in north or western Canada.
