Key Responsibilities

  • •Own end-to-end relationships with Amazon Europe and other leading platforms, coordinating across partnership leads, brand specialists, category leads, and advertising/marketing teams.
  • •Manage and curate Netflix brand experiences on e-commerce platforms to improve discoverability, traffic, and shopper engagement.
  • •Develop and execute an all-year-round retail activation strategy, including key retail moments, social calendars, and always-on campaigns.
  • •Own marketing budget responsibility for platform partnerships and drive high-impact presence, including hardlines programs with key toy partners.
  • •Optimize assortment and selection with platform partners and internal stakeholders using performance insights, while championing e-commerce best practices across the region and globally.

Key Requirements

  • •Significant e-commerce retail experience (typically 10+ years), ideally with Amazon Retail, including deep understanding of brand stores and campaign levers.
  • •Track record leading execution of key e-commerce platform campaigns and understanding tools required for best-in-class campaigns.
  • •Strong performance analysis skills to track growth and optimize retail strategies.
  • •Ability to navigate complex organizations and collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders to achieve outcomes.
  • •Fluency in English (mandatory); bachelor’s or advanced degree preferred, or equivalent relevant experience in e-commerce retail.
