Job Summary

Work closely with the founders for 3–6 months to identify and redesign high-leverage workflows across GTM, Product, and Ops. You’ll build Claude agent–based automations, ship end-to-end projects (brief, plan, execute, retro), and measure impact through hours saved, revenue generated, and decisions unblocked. You’ll implement using Claude tooling and products like GitHub, n8n or Zapier, HubSpot, and Notion, focusing on verifiable results.

Key Responsibilities

•Partner with leadership on cross-functional initiatives across GTM, Product, and Ops.
•Redesign and ship high-leverage workflows using Claude agents, MCPs, and Skills, then measure the lift.
•Build automations end to end using Claude tooling and integrate directly in HubSpot and Notion.
•Own projects from brief through plan, execute, and retro.
•Continuously validate work with evidence (e.g., how you checked results) rather than unsupported claims.

Key Requirements

•Top 5% performance with provable founding/leadership track record and strong grades (3rd semester+ and 1.8+ GPA) or an unusual builder résumé.
•2+ internships at a top startup, consultancy, VC/PE, or investment bank, or equivalent founding experience.
•AI-native and hands-on with Claude/Cursor; shipped at least one prototype or automation (or ready to ship your first in week 1).
•Fluent in German and English.
•Comfortable opening a terminal and figuring things out.
