Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead development (feasibility, design, due diligence) and delivery to build out the existing fund range for AM clients.
  • •Own end-to-end product lifecycle activities, setting and meeting timelines, managing cost budgets, and preparing and presenting business cases to key stakeholders and new business committees.
  • •Adopt global product best practices from a technical and governance perspective and ensure compliance with internal and external governance requirements.
  • •Influence others locally and regionally and engage globally to deliver solutions.
  • •Maintain the FIM-compliant control environment, including timely remediation of audit, regulatory, and internal control issues; operate under the AM FIM, AM Product Policies, and governance terms of reference.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience in asset management with strong understanding of fund structures, investment strategies, asset classes, and instruments, ideally including liquidity funds regulations.
  • •Clear understanding of retail, wholesale, and institutional customers’ needs and expectations, and relevant distribution and advisory models in Asia.
  • •Proven track record of successful product development and management within the Asian region.
  • •Ability to plan, prioritize, and manage multiple complex initiatives with strong project management skills and delivery under tight deadlines.
  • •Self-starter who takes ownership and can work with minimal supervision, with excellent organizational and communication skills.
