Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive strategy and execution of large-scale, complex, cross-functional projects aligned with business priorities in EPTech.
  • •Lead all phases of project management, including feasibility, definition, planning, prioritization, implementation, and close-out.
  • •Break down complexity, influence roadmaps, and manage scope and hard project dependencies, including mitigation planning and escalation.

Salary: USD 224,800 - 256,500 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree.
  • •At least 9 years of process, project, or program management experience.
  • •At least 7 years of people management experience.
  • •Demonstrated ability to apply project management methodology and standards with complete, up-to-date project documentation.
  • •Ability to build team strategy and effectively develop and lead associates; manage multiple priorities and make tradeoffs to meet deadlines.
