Key Responsibilities

•Mentor and coach other Product Managers to elevate product craft, driving an outcome-driven culture and standardized operating model practices.
•Own the Advanced Ads product strategy and vision, integrating ad injection, targeting, and Google Ad Manager capabilities into MonetizeMore’s ecosystem.
•Lead continuous product discovery to validate usability, feasibility, viability, and value before coding.
•Drive revenue and growth with end-to-end ownership from monetization strategy to GTM and ROI-driven roadmaps.
•Collaborate across Engineering, Design, and Growth to ensure features are adopted and commercially successful across the publisher base.

Key Requirements

•8+ years of Product Management experience, with at least 3+ years leading or mentoring other PMs

•Strong communicator who can collaborate with Engineering, Design, and Growth to drive adoption and commercial impact
