Job Summary

Support the M400 Procurement Lead for the M402 contract by developing procurement documentation, contract requirements, and procurement strategies aligned to programme timelines. Act as the first point of contact for M402 procurement matters, lead preparation for qualification and selection stages, and support tender processes including contract reviews, clarification responses, and award communications. Coordinate with key stakeholders across project delivery and maintain compliant procurement documentation.

Key Responsibilities

•Act as the first point of contact for M402 contract procurement matters and deliver procurement activities as directed by the M400 Procurement Lead.
•Lead development and management of M402 procurement contract management plans and procurement strategies in line with project programme and timelines.
•Lead development and production of procurement documents for qualification and selection stages, including preparation of tender documentation and data room information.
•Support tender processes by assisting with contract preparation/review for preferred tenderers, attending contract review meetings, and responding to tenderer clarifications with stakeholder and legal advisor input.
•Manage and maintain procurement documents in accordance with client procedures, support procurement process updates, and assist the M400 Lead with progress reporting and resourcing of the M400 team.

Key Requirements

•More than 7 years’ experience managing complex procurement processes within major capital programmes.
•5+ years’ experience working on metro rail projects or similarly scaled and complex projects.
•Knowledge of public sector e-procurement constraints and business/procurement management systems.
•Experience understanding EU Procurement Directives and Irish national regulations and laws, including construction procurement.
•Ability to lead and manage procurement teams, including drafting complex and bespoke contract terms and commercial principles.
