Job Summary

Maintain helicopters in safe, airworthy condition by performing assigned rotary-wing maintenance tasks on aircraft, components, and systems. Execute work per manufacturer procedures and applicable aeronautical regulations while meeting safety and quality standards. Identify parts/tools and record discrepancies, apply standard maintenance techniques (e.g., torquing and safety wiring), keep tools and work areas compliant with 5S, and accurately document all work and safety events.

Key Responsibilities

•Perform assigned maintenance work on helicopters, components, sub-components, systems, and tasks based on service requirements, bulletins, and airworthiness directives.
•Carry out maintenance using manufacturer procedures and technical documentation while meeting safety and quality standards.
•Identify parts, tools, and estimated maintenance time through accurate discrepancy recording.
•Apply standard maintenance techniques (e.g., torquing, safety wiring, repair procedures, heat treatments).
•Keep work areas and tools organized and compliant with 5S, record all work in aircraft documentation, and report operational safety events and hazards.

Key Requirements

•High School education / vocational training (essential).
•1 year of experience in rotary-wing aircraft maintenance.
•Maintenance Technician Class I (essential) with a rating certificate for rotary-wing aircraft.
•Maintenance Technician Class II (Avionics/Electrical) (desirable).
•Stress tolerance, adaptability, teamwork, and integrity.
