Job Summary

Own support, optimization, and governance of high-volume media financial workflows within a global Shared Services model. Serve as the functional expert for Mediaocean (Prisma, Spectra) while ensuring accurate data integration with Deltek Maconomy ERP. Handle billing, invoicing, reconciliations, reporting, month-end support, and SOX/audit compliance, partnering across agency finance, Shared Services (AP/AR), and IT to standardize processes and drive automation and exception-based controls.

Key Responsibilities

•Support end-to-end media finance workflows, including media billing, invoicing, vendor payment reconciliations, and client funding cash applications.
•Configure and optimize Mediaocean (Prisma, Spectra) workflows, templates, and settings aligned with global standards to improve throughput.
•Monitor and maintain data integration between Mediaocean and Deltek Maconomy ERP, ensuring master data integrity and resolving integration bottlenecks.
•Partner across agency finance teams, Shared Services (AP/AR), and IT to train systems and onboard new agencies into standardized workflows.
•Produce and analyze media financial reports (spend pacing, revenue status, variances) and support month-end close while maintaining SOX/audit-compliant SOPs and procedures.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
•2–5+ years of experience in agency media finance operations, financial systems support, or a centralized Shared Services (SSC/BPO) environment.
•Hands-on administrative/operational experience with Mediaocean platforms (Prisma or Spectra).
•Strong financial literacy covering multi-currency billing, high-volume reconciliations, and AP/AR workflows.
•Advanced MS Excel skills for reconciling, manipulating, and analyzing large datasets across disconnected systems.
