Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate customer testing of new SaaS features, enhancements, fixes, and product changes before broader production release.
  • •Develop and maintain testing plans, timelines, test scenarios, acceptance criteria, and success measures.
  • •Serve as the primary point of contact for customers during testing; provide instructions, documentation, and expected outcomes.
  • •Monitor testing progress, address barriers, collect and communicate feedback, and track defects through resolution.
  • •Support release-readiness decisions by validating acceptance criteria and identifying potential customer-impacting issues before release.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, Quality Assurance, or a related field preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
