•Serve as the category advocate internally and externally, acting as the voice of the customer to influence go-to-market and product strategies.
•Manage Client Solutions Managers and coach teams on consultative, data-driven campaign analysis and selling at scale.
•Develop and evolve playbooks using consumer trend data and lead measurable client business outcomes.
•Maintain expertise on TikTok features, ad units, measurement, attribution, and KPIs; advise clients on ROI impact.
•Collaborate with Product to surface advertiser needs and feedback to inform product roadmaps.

Key Requirements
