Assistant Merchant

Support Merchants with seasonal assortment development by assisting in product selection, pricing recommendations, and new item introductions. Analyze sales, inventory, margin, and promotional performance to identify trends and improve business results. Maintain merchandising calendars, product information, and inventory availability in merchandising systems, and coordinate vendor communications and sample management. Prepare weekly, monthly, and seasonal business recaps and ensure processes, reporting, and milestone deadlines are completed accurately and on schedule.
