HR Business Partner (Employee Relations)

Partner with employees and managers to drive employee-relations best practices, respond to inquiries and complaints, and coach on performance management and HR policy guidance. Serve as a trusted business partner on workforce analytics, organizational optimization, and leadership development. Collaborate with HR functional teams to shape client-group programs, counsel on policies and applicable laws, manage internal moves and exit interviews, and support risk-minimizing retention initiatives.
