Key Responsibilities

  • •Respond to employee inquiries, questions, and complaints, and provide guidance on employee relations issues, performance management, and core HR functions.
  • •Partner with employees, managers, directors, and senior leaders on workforce analytics, organizational optimization, leadership development, and related strategic initiatives.
  • •Collaborate with HR functional experts (recruiting, training and development, compensation, and benefits) to optimize programs for client groups and shape company-wide programs.
  • •Counsel and assist employees and managers guided by company policies and applicable laws/regulations.
  • •Facilitate internal transfers, oversee promotion opportunities, conduct exit interviews, identify retention trends, and minimize business risk while maintaining strict confidentiality and processing HR transactions.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree.
  • •2+ years of human resources experience.
  • •Experience in an engineering, production, or manufacturing environment supporting an exempt and hourly workforce.
  • •Experience independently handling employee relations issues.
  • •Familiarity with Greenhouse, UltiPro, and/or Workday.
