Job Summary

•Lead strategic digital manufacturing programs to improve efficiency, quality, throughput, and revenue growth across shop floor, engineering, and enterprise systems.
•Translate manufacturing business objectives into actionable data and AI initiatives with measurable performance outcomes.
•Establish program governance, delivery frameworks, and performance metrics while managing scope, schedule, budget, and risks.
•Own end-to-end integration across MES, PLM, and ERP, ensuring data consistency, traceability, and alignment with manufacturing processes.
•Oversee system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), go-live readiness, deployment, and operational transition.

•Hands-on expertise in data engineering, analytics, or AI/ML delivery into production environments.
