Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist the Supervisor by coordinating daily department responsibilities and ensuring instructions are communicated and carried out on time and correctly.
  • •Monitor equipment to ensure it is working properly and notify the Supervisor of needed maintenance while maintaining a safe work environment.
  • •Assist with production line setup, perform daily inspections of operating equipment, and ensure the equipment is in good working condition.
  • •Maintain housekeeping and ensure materials are on the production floor throughout the day; assist with wash down to ensure areas are sanitized.
  • •Track daily attendance rosters and assist with and train new hires or team members requiring re-training, communicating quality issues to the Supervisor.
