Senior Engineering Manager - Data

Lead the long-term evolution, governance, and operational excellence of a multi-tenant data platform that powers Workiva’s enterprise and customer applications at global scale. Directly and indirectly manage a distributed data engineering organization across Europe and the US, set sub-function policies and KPIs, drive architectural scaling of ingestion/transformation/serving layers, and partner with senior leaders to align on security, compliance, and measurable customer outcomes.
