Key Responsibilities

  • •Apply customer needs and internal technology capabilities to recommend, design, develop, and implement products and/or processes aligned to market needs and business strategy.
  • •Represent the company’s technical voice with internal stakeholders and customers; stay current on externally relevant technology trends.
  • •Drive programs through stage gate, including planning, executing, and analyzing production trials.
  • •Ensure quality documentation of work and contribute to an internal knowledge library without duplicating prior efforts.

Key Requirements

  • •Undergraduate degree required (Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Polymer Science preferred).

  • •Experience leading product and process development projects with sustained results.
  • •Demonstrated ability to synthesize information across a range of inputs and apply it to business outcomes.
  • •Demonstrated ability applying tools within Project Management, Design of Experiment, Design for Lean Six Sigma, and Statistical Analysis.
